Plan management methods vary by platform. Please check the instructions corresponding to your platform (iOS, Android, or Web).
Plan Subscription (Payment)
Chat Translation’s paid plans are subscription-based services that are automatically billed and renewed every month.
Billing & Reset: Billing and usage resets occur monthly based on the date of your initial subscription.
Usage Order: The free daily allowance is consumed first, followed by your subscription plan’s allowance.

Currency & VAT:
Prices are displayed in KRW, JPY, or USD based on your system language settings.
VAT may be added at the time of payment.
Note for App Users: For Apple App Store and Google Play Store, payments may be made at a VAT-inclusive price in certain countries, in accordance with platform policies.
Changing Plans (Upgrade & Downgrade)
Due to policy differences between platforms, plan changes can only be processed within the platform where the initial payment was made.

iOS (Apple In-App Purchase) Users:
Upgrade: Changes to a higher plan immediately. The remaining balance of your previous plan will be refunded on a prorated basis, and your billing cycle will reset to the upgrade date.
Downgrade: Your current plan remains active until the next renewal date, at which point it will automatically switch to the new plan and price.

Android (Google Play) & Web Users:
Immediate plan changes are currently not supported within the system.
How to Change: Please 'Cancel' your current subscription first. Once the current period expires and your account reverts to the Free plan, you may subscribe to the new plan.
If you need an immediate upgrade before the expiration date, please cancel your plan and contact us at ct.support@flitto.com or through [Submit a request].
Cancellation & Account Deletion
Please review the following information if you wish to stop your subscription or delete your account.

How to Cancel: You must cancel directly through the settings menu of the platform where you made the payment.
Web (PC): Log in to the website > [Manage Plan] > 'Manage Billing & Subscription' > Click 'Cancel Subscription' on the top right of the billing page.
iOS: [Settings] > [Apple ID] > [Subscriptions]
Android: [Play Store] > [Profile] > [Payments & Subscriptions]

Important Notes on Account Deletion:
Recurring Payments: Deleting your Chat Translation account does not automatically cancel your store subscription. You must cancel the subscription in your store settings separately.
Restoring Rights: If you delete your account without canceling the subscription, your plan will be automatically restored if you sign up again with the same store account before the next billing date.
Store Account Deletion: If you delete your Apple ID or Google account, all associated subscription rights will be immediately revoked, and refunds or recovery will not be possible.
