3. 3-Step Guide
(1) Click ‘Quick Chat’
Find the ‘Chat on individual devices’ QR code within the Quick Chat menu.
(2) Share & Scan
Show the QR code to the other person or share the link.

Once they join, the chatroom is created instantly.
4. Chat List & History
Tap the [Back] button in the top left during a chat to view all active chatrooms. Records remain even after a session ends, ensuring business continuity by allowing you to review important details anytime.

Q. Does the other person need the app?
- No. They can join the chat directly via a web browser simply by scanning with their default camera app.
Q. Can I change languages during a chat?
How to Set: Click the language dropdown at the bottom center. (Note: The microphone must be OFF to change the language for accuracy.)
Real-time Translation: Once you select a language, the other person’s speech is instantly translated into your choice.
History Update: Changing the language automatically updates all previous messages to the new language.
Q. How do I use the microphone?
Select ‘Allow’ when the microphone permission pop-up appears upon entering the room. In ‘Quick Chat’ (QR/On-site), manually click the microphone button to turn it ON/OFF when you start and stop speaking.
Q. How can I check if the microphone is ON or OFF?
1. Recording (ON): Square icon.
- Water-filling animation appears based on volume. Click to stop recording.
2. Not Recording (OFF): Microphone icon.
- Click to turn ON and start speaking; your words will appear on the screen in real-time.
